Native of Salaberry-de-Valley field, I began my career as a primary and secondary school teacher. Then I discovered the beneficial effects of the techniques of meditation which I studied in depth. In this perspective I went on to the science of mental control that I taught in Montreal. Following, I set up my own meditation Center... that I operated for several years.

I was amongst the first persons to adhere to the Canadian and International raelian Movements as an active member and to climb rapidly in the hierarchy ladder through my knowledge and my dedication. I was soon promoted to the important mission of "evangelizing" the Greater Montreal. And I successively cumulated several functions:

  • president of the counsel of the wise 1;
  • president of counsel of discipline 2;
  • guide responsible for the educational aspect of sensual meditation 3 seminars in America;
  • president of the decisional counsel 4; and
  • president of the raelian Movement 5 of Canada for several years.
Not only was I his man of confidence, his confident, his right hand man, his adept, his friend, his favorite... I was also at times his press attaché, the one who hunted down interviews for radio and television... where, there he also requested that I escort him every time.

  1. The counsel of the wise is made up of three members of the structure of which the president is named by Claude Vorilhon, Rael. His mandate is to evaluate and judge a raelian suspected of having drifted from the line of the "messages" delivered to Claude Vorilhon by an extraterrestrial. That person can be warned only, suspended or removed from the raelian Movement according to the seriousness of the fault. I had read at one time in a Novel from Nelson Bond that appeared in "Other gods, other worlds", the existence of the Counsel of the wise whose role was to supervise the creation of humans.
  2. The counsel of discipline is made up of 5 members of the structure. The Counsel gathers as in a tribunal to judge a raelian who has drifted from an internal law that forbids for example from smoking, drinking alcohol abusively or harass someone to obtain sexual favors or other.
  3. The guide responsible for the sensual meditation is responsible for the content of the teachings given during the summer seminars and furthermore of the teachings given during the mini-seminars that are given during the year.
  4. The president of the decisional counsel orchestrates the diffusion of the "messages" by organizing conferences, information meetings or by contacting the electronic mass-media and written media...
  5. The president of the raelian Movement runs the administration counsel and manages like a business head.
